We understand that travel plans can change. The following policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and no-shows are handled.<br><br>
1. Standard Flexible Reservations
Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within less than 3 days of arrival will be charged the cost of the first night’s stay and if we can’t fill your reservation dates with another guest, you will be charged separately for the remainder of nights for your reservation.
If the guest departs early, unused nights are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
The reservation will be canceled and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
3. Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and current pricing.
Requests must be made by email, text or call before the free cancellation deadline.
Rate differences may apply.
4. Group Bookings (if applicable)
For bookings of [6 or more guests / multiple rooms]:
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
Cancellations within less than 3 days may be charged up to 50–100% of the total booking.
5. Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive late, please notify us in advance.
